KEBE's Danish production line specializes in functional lounge chairs and sofas, collaborating mainly with Nordic designers, resulting in a sleek Nordic aesthetic. However, entering the Chinese market with this design posed challenges.

To address this, we conducted extensive early-stage market research to dene a high-end luxury style direction. We partnered with Shenzhen Factory to incorporate locally-sourced materials, infusing products with a localized narrative. This approach aimed to resonate with consumers, enhance execution, and create a compelling product story.

The resulting 19-item series underwent meticulous styling, color, material, and detail choices to maintain a consistent and coherent style throughout the collection.
